Non-Disclosure Agreement

1. Confidential Information

By accessing the FreeOrigins platform preview, you will be exposed to confidential and proprietary information owned by Origins II LLC ("Company"), including but not limited to: software architecture, source code, user interface designs, AI agent configurations, business strategies, data models, algorithms, pricing models, trade secrets, and any other materials not publicly available ("Confidential Information").

2. Obligations

You agree to: (a) maintain the confidentiality of all Confidential Information; (b) not disclose, publish, share, screenshot, record, or otherwise transmit any Confidential Information to any third party; (c) not use Confidential Information for any purpose other than evaluating the platform as an invited reviewer; (d) not share your access code with any other person; (e) not attempt to access source code, database contents, internal APIs, or other systems beyond the reviewer-facing interface.

3. Duration

Your confidentiality obligations remain in effect until such time as the Company electively discloses the relevant information publicly. There is no expiration date on this obligation. Information that remains non-public remains confidential indefinitely.

4. Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or observations you provide during your review may be used by the Company to improve its products and services. You retain no intellectual property rights in feedback provided.

5. No License

This agreement does not grant you any license, ownership, or rights in the Company's intellectual property. Your access is temporary, revocable, and limited to the preview period.

6. Remedies

You acknowledge that unauthorized disclosure of Confidential Information would cause irreparable harm to the Company. The Company reserves the right to seek injunctive relief and any other remedies available at law or in equity.

7. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.
